14-Days Exchange / Return Policy

FOR DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

ENTERBAY’s products are carefully inspected for quality, assortment, and proper packaging prior to shipment. We attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, ENTERBAY does not guarantee that product descriptions or other content of any ENTERBAY Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. That's why we offer a 14-days return policy that states:

If you are not delighted with the order you receive, you are welcome to send your request to cs@enterbay.com within 14-days from the receipt of your shipment for (1) a prompt refund or (2) replacement. Please also attached a photo of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

Once we receive your information, we’ll contact you with the next steps as soon as we can - usually within 3 to 5 business days.

If you have eligible products to return, we will generate a RMA number while you finish the process of application. Returns cannot be processed without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

i) Since ENTERBAY deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.

ii) Products must be returned in their entirety (no partial cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in saleable condition, without missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).

iii) All returned products must be used the shipping return with tracing numbers and you will be responsible for shipping the item(s) back and paying for the actual shipping fees.

iv) Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear after ENTERBAY receives and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.

v) Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement.

WHEN YOU CHANGED YOUR MIND (LIMTIED TO US REGION ONLY)

Contact cs@enterbay.com and state your request within 30 days! You can return your item for a refund of the item price, less any non-refundable deposits made and original shipping fees. You will need to cover shipping back to ENTERBAY.

We will proceed for your refund or replacement once your item is received. However, items that arrive with excessive damage due to improper repacking may be subject to 'damage fee'. Contact us if you need any tips on packing / shipping.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS - SHIP QUOTES / INTERNATIONAL FEES

Customs fees, sales taxes, etc., are NOT included in your purchase price and may be charged by your countries customs office. In some cases, these duties and customs fees are collected by the carrier.

It is your responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. ENTERBAY will try to help you as far as we can, if you encountered any difficulties, please send your request to cs@enterbay.com with your order number. However, please be noted that, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local Customs office for more information.

If a package is refused due to excessive import fees and duties, you will be responsible for all VAT Fees, Import fees, Return shipping costs and Abandonment fees. These fees will be deducted from your refund. If greater than the product(s) price, ENTERBAY may bill you for the balance.

ENTERBAY reserve the right to refuse any future orders for repeat offenders of 'package refusals' especially refusals on international shipments.

If ENTERBAY is unable to have the item returned due to a package refusal, a refund will not be issued.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS – CUSTOMS CLEARANCE

International shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by Customs and/or postal authorities. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without out the original care taken when your shipment left our warehouse. ENTERBAY have no control over this process and thus cannot be held responsible or guarantee the condition of any items on arrival. If you experienced a complication with your local Customs agency we recommend that you follow up with them directly.


BUYING PRODUCTS FROM OTHER VENTORS

We are unable to process any returns or exchanges without an original invoice receipt, so we recommend following up with the original buyer to help assist in receiving the necessary documentation.
