FOR DAMAGED AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If there are any defects or damage with the item(s) you receive, please contact us at cs@enterbay.com within 14-days from the receipt of your shipment for (1) a prompt refund or (2) replacement. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Please notifying the order number, the name and the details of the goods to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

Once we have received your information, we’ll contact you with the next steps as soon as we can - usually within 3 business days.

THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • Since ENTERBAY deals with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. It shall return the defect goods to the ENTERBAY’s designated place in the same condition of the package.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return item(s) remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by us. Therefore, it is recommended for you to take necessary precautions by using registered and traceable services when returning the item(s). Do not return products without an agreement from us.
