Shipping arrangement

In general, once your order is placed, it takes up to 1 – 3 business days for processing. Please allow additional processing time during public holidays.

Usually, it would take 5 – 7 business days for delivery.

However, it may take longer due to Customs inspection, or during peak season or before some major festivals (like Easter or Christmas).

And yes we ship worldwide. Please be patient that International orders may take up to 21 business days to be delivered.

Please check your shipping address for errors before processing any orders. We cannot be responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.

Shipping Method

Postal Service is mainly provided by Hong Kong Post EMS service.Sometimes might different depends on location. (The extra shipping fee maybe caused in this situation).

For US/ Canada customers, the orders will be shipped from our US warehouse via UPS. Please noted that there would be import duties collected by UPS if the shipping address is in Canada.

Shipment Delay

The scheduled delivery date of the reserved goods on the product detail page shall be just a possible schedule. The goods may be delivered before or after the scheduled delivery date. We might cancel the order of the goods due to the discontinuance of production.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import taxes, custom duties and fee levied are not included in your purchase price and the shipping fee.

These fees are only assessed when it has reached the destination and they are sole responsible for the recipient. It is the recipient’s responsibility to investigate the amount of taxes and duties you will owe prior to your shipment. If you have any enquiries about tax and duties, please contact your local custom office for more information. Individual products and packaging may be opened and inspected. Items may be repacked without out the original care is taken when your shipment left our warehouse.

Tracking Information

If your item has been shipped, we would update your parcel's status. You will receive an email confirmation and tracking number upon the fulfilment of your order. By using the tracking number, you are able to track your parcel.

It will usually take about 2 - 3 working days for the courier to update the status of the tracker.

Returned Parcel(s)

If the package was returned to ENTERBAY by your postal service, you have to pay an additional shipping fee for returning and resending the item.
